Summer gives students a break from the endless math facts and book reports during the school year, but there is still more learning to be done. Here are some tips on how to escape the summer heat and have fun indoors, while sneaking in some learning and family fun.
The first day of school is July 27. This flyer contains all the information you’ll need to be school-ready for the first day, including the uniform code, school hours, and details on a special back-to-school event.
On July 25, all of this year’s kindergartners, and their families, are invited to our Kinder Round-Up. From 4-6 p.m., meet teachers, see classrooms, and newly enrolled kindergarten families will receive freebies. See our flyer for all the details.
Arizonans are typically familiar with their environment—both the dangers and the wonders—though sometimes residents can be so comfortable in their desert home that they can forget or overlook the little behaviors and habits, which can prove to be real lifesavers.
While summertime might be considered the “off-season” for some who call the Phoenix Metro Area home, not all the area’s residents move with the seasons. And, as the temperatures rise, so do the opportunities for some cherished family time.
The last day of school is fast approaching, for that reason we wanted to make everyone aware of the amazing opportunities we have planned for the summer.

Do you know someone entering kindergarten next school year? Let their parents know about our Kinder Round-Up taking place on Wednesday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will offer campus tours for upcoming kindergarten parents to learn about the school and ask any questions they may have.
The end of the school year is nearing and with that in mind, our annual Parent Survey is here. We encourage you to answer the questionnaire which seeks to learn more about your and your student’s experiences this school year. Your insights are extremely useful and your participation is greatly appreciated.
April 2016 marks the 20th anniversary of National Poetry Month. According to the Academy of American Poets, this observance has become the “largest literary celebration in the world, with tens of millions of readers, students, K-12 teachers, librarians, booksellers, literary events curators, publishers, bloggers, and, of course, poets marking poetry’s important place in our culture and our lives.”
