Douglas Charter School expands to include junior high school.

Douglas, AZ (06/20/16) – Just in time for the 2016-2017 school year, Liberty Traditional Charter School’s Saddleback campus in Douglas is expanding to include 7th and 8th grade classes. The move comes in response to parents’ requests and the community’s need for additional middle school classrooms. Along with Liberty’s dedication to education, the school strives to remain flexible, as to better serve its local community and student population.

Liberty Traditional believes that every child deserves a firm educational foundation and strives to deliver a curriculum that not only meets current state standards, but also builds character. The state-of-the-art classrooms led by highly qualified teachers enhance the curriculum, which is further bolstered by special interest offerings in the arts, physical education, computers, and more, all designed to give students a well-rounded educational experience. In addition, the school offers free before- and after-school care and a free breakfast program for students. A vibrant parent involvement program plans and implements several family events throughout the school year, as well.

July 20-22, Liberty is hosting open registration days. For more information about the 7th and 8th grade expansion or registration, please visit the school website, www.LTSDouglas.org, or call the front office at: (520) 364-6311.
